About the Journal
The MERIT Journal of Skills Development and Training (MJSDT) is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on research, practices, and innovations in skills development, professional training, and workforce education. The journal serves as a knowledge-sharing platform for educators, trainers, industry practitioners, policymakers, and researchers involved in skills-based learning and human capital development.
MJSDT publishes original research articles, case studies, review papers, and practical reports related to vocational skills, professional training programmes, lifelong learning, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, and industry-driven education.
